Delve into the thought of “The Poet”. You guys might have missed this one. Its always a pleasure to read it. Read on people. Presenting – There’s Hope

===================================================================

One of the noblest things a motorcycle accomplishes to do is to help you not lose it when the drudgery of the day-to-day routine threatens to almost reduce you to an extension of the keyboard. There are days when the air conditioned, white-lighted cubicles, with the jazzy workforce dressed like they were going to shoot for a TV commercial, is sufficient to throw you into a stupid trance, with a dull ache in the head that stops only when you start hearing the CPU fan buzzing loudly inside your head. A few days of that and you know you are on your way to stepping off the 6th floor balcony mistaking it to be the lift.

But some part of you that still refuses to be smothered in the senselessness still kicks inside. And that means there’s still hope. You see the motorcycle in front of you. Some sane component inside your head must have navigated you through the lobby, the lift (deliberately guiding you away from the balcony) and through the parking till you stood in front it.

You can smell the sting of the cold clear air even as you’re kick-starting it into life. All the images of colour and smell that add up to feeling alive are summoned when the engine starts. And as you steer it out of the clutches of the demonic building complex that is clawing to devour you both into the depths of some unimaginative vault of aluminium and glass, you know why this machine will never go out of fashion. It represents everything right in a world that is going insane in front of your eyes.
